A guide on downloading Xcode Command Line Tools on macOS

Dear Qeexo AutoML community,

If you are using Qeexo AutoML on macOS, we have noticed recently that there could be a problem downloading the Xcode CLI (Command Line Interface) from Apple server. Because Qeexo AutoML installation requires this software component from Apple, we would like to provide the following steps to get around this problem:

  1. Visit https://developer.apple.com/develop

  2. Sign in using your apple id (if you do not have one, consider signing up)

  3. Click downloads on the left side bar In the upper right

  4. Click “More” next to the “Beta” and “Release” buttons

  5. Scroll through the list, finding the most recent stable command line tools (command line tools for Xcode 12 in this instance)

  6. Download the dmg

  7. Run the enclosed package in your download directory

After the installation completes, you should be able to continue with the Qeexo AutoML installation on macOS!

We hope this short tutorial is useful to you. As usual, please leave us a comment if you have any questions installing or using Qeexo AutoML.
